Alex has a background with both residential and commercial claims. He has worked fire, hurricane, tornado, settlement, wind, water and hail losses. From residential homes, to churches, to schools & universities, to large-scale commercial properties, Mr. Thayer is experienced in producing detailed cost estimates. He has a BS in Plant Sciences from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is currently completing his Masters of Engineering in Construction Management from the University of Alabama, Birmingham. Alex is certified, level 2 Xactimate, IICRC Water Restoration, and HAAG Commercial Roof Inspections.
