Report & Recommendations

  • Our Certified Roof Inspectors (CRI) consultants provide a written roof report noting:
    • key materials used in construction
    • locations of any damage
    • indications of poor maintenance
    • recommendations for repair or replacement
  • Document any hail damage and note locations using a minimum of two test squares per slope
  • We will provide an accurate cost estimate for replacement or repair
  • We will research any local ordinances and potential code upgrade requirements

Estimate of Repair

  • Verbal Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate sent within 48 hours of the site visit
  • Detailed Cost Estimate within 14 days of the site visit

Property Loss Inspection

  • Independent and experienced construction consultants
  • Perform a full site investigation to:
    • photograph and document the building size
    • 3D Image (Matterport) scan the loss
    • document construction materials
    • document the amount of damage to the original structure
  • Develop a Scope of Restoration / Reconstruction and the cost to restore the structure to pre loss condition
  • Further expansion of scope providing separate cost impacts for Restoration, Code Upgrade, Renovation, to develop the Actual Cash Value
