Report & Recommendations
- Our Certified Roof Inspectors (CRI) consultants provide a written roof report noting:
- key materials used in construction
- locations of any damage
- indications of poor maintenance
- recommendations for repair or replacement
- Document any hail damage and note locations using a minimum of two test squares per slope
- We will provide an accurate cost estimate for replacement or repair
- We will research any local ordinances and potential code upgrade requirements
Estimate of Repair
- Verbal Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate sent within 48 hours of the site visit
- Detailed Cost Estimate within 14 days of the site visit

Property Loss Inspection
- Independent and experienced construction consultants
- Perform a full site investigation to:
- photograph and document the building size
- 3D Image (Matterport) scan the loss
- document construction materials
- document the amount of damage to the original structure
- Develop a Scope of Restoration / Reconstruction and the cost to restore the structure to pre loss condition
- Further expansion of scope providing separate cost impacts for Restoration, Code Upgrade, Renovation, to develop the Actual Cash Value
